Austin CranioSacral Therapy

I am grateful to say that I truly love what I do to make a living.  From an early age, growing up in community theater, I learned the importance of taking care of one's instrument (the body).  The human body amazes me everyday as I see how it adapts, heals and gives us what we need to survive!  The body is our instrument for expression and I am honored to work with people to support their journey towards ease of movement, health, well-being, creativity and expression in whatever form it may take. Through my various teaching incarnations, I enjoy sharing information and watching people become empowered.
I opened my practice in 2000 as a licensed massage therapist. Since then, I have specialized in Advance CranioSacral Therapy for pediatrics and adults.  I  became a certified CranioSacral Therapist through the Upledger Institute in 2009. My joys in life include my family, organic gardening, dancing, cooking and being creative.
