I wish I discovered the MELT Method 20 years ago as a new massage therapist! This effective self-care treatment addresses dehydration in the fascia and connective tissue and provides the ultimate hands-off bodywork to enhance the work you do in a CST session. Our fascia system is always supporting, stabilizing and protecting us and when it gets out of balance, we can feel achy in the joints, pain and downright old! Using specially designed balls and a soft foam roller, you gently reconnect, rebalance, rehydrate and release so you can address stuck stress, dehydration, compression along with nervous system imbalances.
