        CranioSacral Therapy Practitioner Study Group

Several times per year, I facilitate a CST study group for Upledger trained CranioSacral Therapy practitioners of level 1 and higher.  We get together to review material, explore anatomy, techniques and practice with each other.  It is an excellent opportunity to ask questions and receive positive support for your CST practice.  We also have fun! Please check out the new CST Study Group Chat Forum.  Here you will be able to ask questions and read about past study groups.

This a special study group focusing on the material from CST II.  We will specifically be practicing the mouthwork.  I would like to focus this study group to help make working inside the mouth more comfortable for you.  We will review the hard palate protocol and have plenty of time for practice and questions.  Please schedule for yourself some CST work before and/or after this session so you can be prepared to receive the mouthwork.

        Past Study Group Topics:

Tuesday, August 31th from 7-9:30 pm.
We just had an awesome CST I class in Austin last week and this study group will focus on practicing the 10-step protocol.  We will be trade 10-step protocols and I will be there to answer questions, provide clarity and keep us on time.  This is a wonderful opportunity to give and receive the work for experienced as well as people new to CST.

Tuesday, June 29th from 7-9:30 pm.
Severe car accidents, blows to the head and explosions from warfare can cause Traumatic Brain Injury.  In this study group, I will present some information about Traumatic Brain Injury and how CranioSacral Therapy can be used to facilitate healing.  As always, we will do hands-on practice and answer your questions.

Tuesday, April 27th from 7-9:30 pm.
Let's explore the beautiful butterfly shaped bone that interfaces with every cranial bone; The Sphenoid!
What are the anatomic connections?  What cranial nerves pass through the sphenoid?  How does the sphenoid and occiput relate?  What are the potential benefits of working with the sphenoid?  Come and join us to find answers to these questions.  As always, we will do hands-on practice and answer your questions.

Tuesday, March 30th from 7-9:30 pm.
We will be exploring the TMJ, connections and techniques.  I will be reviewing the new techniques that came out last year for those who have not taken CST I in a while.  Please let me know if you can join us!  (Topic now discussed on CST study group chat forum)
